Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Master BGM, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you.
What Master BGM provides
Master BGM provides a royalty-free music catalog, audio previews, and tools for adding music to or extracting audio from media. Some features may be provided through the website, while others may be available only in the Android application.
Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued as we improve the service, address security concerns, or comply with legal requirements.
Music, licenses, and attribution
Tracks identified as CC0 or public domain are offered for use according to the applicable license or public-domain status. You are responsible for reviewing the license information provided with a track and confirming that your intended use is permitted.
Master BGM does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, recordings, artwork, or other material that may appear in content you import or export. Do not imply that Master BGM endorses your work.
Acceptable use
You may use Master BGM only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- upload or process content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or bypass protections in the service;
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the catalog except as allowed by the relevant license; or
- use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Your files and responsibility
You retain ownership of the videos, audio, images, and other files you import. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use those files. Ordinary editing and export features are designed to run locally on your device; you are responsible for keeping backups of exported work.
Third-party services
Master BGM may link to or rely on third-party services such as hosting, app stores, advertising providers, or media hosts. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Service provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master BGM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master BGM and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
